One Fig, 2020

Performance with fig costume (cotton, viscose, nylon, zip, metal net, white glue, paper, oil paint)

Someone in a purple fig costume divides itself in two halves as if a knife was cutting through the fruit. The cut exposes the fleshy interior of the fig. The halved fig leaves its other half behind and walks away.
